ACA Enrollment Cycle Schedule
Enrollments are processed using data exported from Health Sherpa. Enrollment cycles are Saturday through two Fridays following. For example, new business submitted Saturday August 12th, 2023 through midnight Friday August 25th, 2023. Statements are sent the next week, typically on Wednesday or Thursday. The statements will be attached to the email in PDF format. Following that a second email will be sent which will have the data attached in an Excel file.
