ACA Enrollment Cycle Schedule

Enrollments are processed using data exported from Health Sherpa, with the cycles running Saturday through the following second Friday. For example: new business submitted from Saturday January 10th, 2026, through midnight Friday January 23rd, 2026. Statements are sent the following week, typically on Wednesday or Thursday. The statements will be attached to the email in PDF format. Following the PDF statement, a second email will be sent with detailed data attached in an Excel file. Funds due, if any, will be sent so they are in your bank no later than the Friday following when the statement is sent.
